Our History

The history of the Handley name in the removal trade goes back to John Handley who founded our background in 1913, we are now a third generation family run company, it must just be in our blood!

We have a lot of pride in our family company I suppose partly because of this long tradition of providing a high quality service to all our customers. Obviously everybody in our company is not a family member, but we ensure that all employees work hard to meet the high standards we expect of ourselves. We do not use agency staff under any circumstances.

Much of our work today is from recommendations from previous work, so we take pride in our name and realise that our high standards have to be maintained to insure our future.
